What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We offer DHL Ground service which in most cases takes between 1-6 business days for $4.99. We also provide 2nd day air from DHL for $8.99.
What If I Need My Order In A Hurry?
If your order is time critical, we suggest that you email us and we will try to work something out. If we are able to ship using a faster method cost will increase.
How Do I Ship To Another Person?
Sending products or gifts to others is easy. During the checkout process, just add the appropriate "Shipping Address." It is that easy!
How Long Will My Order Take To Deliver?
Depending on the availability of the items you order, most orders ship within 1 business day and arrive within 1 to 6 business days. Please be aware that weekends and holidays can delay delivery.
Returns
All shipping costs for returns will be paid for by the customer. Once a returned product is received by us we will issue either a full refund for errors on Brand Batteries'
part or a full refund minus 15% for errors on customer's behalf. Error on Brand Batteries falls under shipping incorrect product or shipping defective product. Error on Customer's
behalf falls under selecting incorrect product or not needing or wanting product anymore. Any return for non defective products must be done within the first 30 days of purchase.
